There are opportunities presented to us everyday to show our love for people in a tangible way. The problem is that it's easy to miss those opportunities by talking ourselves out of helping. We thought of, "They don't deserve it. They got themselves into this bad situation. If I help them then I'll miss out something that I could buy for myself, etc." Let us drop all of these prerequisites in our that stop us from loving people via ACTION.

Welcome To The Thomas Family Legacy Foundation!
The Thomas Family Legacy Foundation focuses on meeting some of the various needs of people from all around the world. We currently have (8) community service programs that serve families in the State of Texas as well as in Mayuge, Uganda in Africa. We are a Christian organization that emphasizes the importance of a relationship with God through Faith in Jesus Christ, as well as loving people through service as God commands.
We first began serving our brothers and sisters as a group in 2009 under the name The Kids Charity, but then began to operate under our second 501c3 non-profit organization called The James 2:14 Project. Today, we are focussed on inspiring others to begin, and sustain, bible based charitable organizations that positively impact this world for God. We will do this under our current group "The Thomas Family Legacy Foundation."
What Is A Thomas Family Legacy Foundation Partner?
A TFLF Partner is an individual who has committed themselves to serve others in a tangible way by adding biblical work to their biblical faith. This is accomplished by taking seriously the scriptures that command us to add ACTION to the faith that we profess to have.
Consider God's words below.
Proverbs 3:28 "Do not wait until tomorrow to help someone when you can do it today."
Luke 3:10-11 "If you have two coats then share with someone who has none. Do the same with your food."
Ephesians 2:10 "We're God's workmanship created in Christ to do good work that he prepared in advance for us to do."
James 2:17 "Faith by itself, when there's no action added, is dead."
Regardless of geographical boundaries, man made laws, busy lives etc, these are daily ACTION verses that should be combined with the faith that we say we have. If we fail to do that, the Bible says that we are wasting our time and not showing people the LOVE & ACTION that we should.

There are daily opportunities around us to help someone in need for no other reason than the fact that it's the right thing to do. Many of us have the capability to help others but not necessarily the desire. Others have the desire but maybe not the means to do it readily accessible. We're praying that both groups are soon able to experience the change that they need to be able to contribute to families in a positive way. As Christians, we cannot miss the chance to bless people each and every day and we MUST lay down our prerequisites for our help.
Prayer For The World & Our Foundational Scriptures
We believe that the Holy Bible is the true word of God. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God through whom salvation has been offered to the world. We believe that God instructs us via scripture to combine our faith with our daily works.
